Synopsis: Jason Voorhees, the living essence of evil, is tracked down and destroyed by a special government task force. Everyone assumes that he’s dead – except for a mysterious bounty hunter who believes Jason has been reborn with the supernatural ability to assume the identity of other people.
Although the ninth installment’s concept is similar to The Hidden (1987), the film is one of the more creative entries in the Friday the 13th franchise.
